Westringia Zena is a beautiful, compact Australian native shrub prized for its soft grey-green foliage, delicate mauve to white flowers and naturally neat, rounded growth habit. Flowering for much of the year, this delightful evergreen produces an abundance of small, pretty blooms that contrast beautifully against its fine foliage, providing subtle colour, texture and year-round interest in the garden.

Fast-growing, hardy and wonderfully versatile, Westringia Zena is an excellent choice for low hedging, garden borders, rockeries, mass plantings and decorative pots. Its naturally dense, low-growing habit makes it perfect for creating neat garden edges or soft, informal hedges, while its attractive foliage provides a lovely contrast when planted alongside other flowering shrubs and perennials. Particularly suited to coastal gardens and exposed positions, Zena is a fantastic choice for low-maintenance and waterwise landscaping.

Exceptionally tough and adaptable, Westringia Zena thrives in full sun to part shade and performs well in a wide range of well-drained soils, including sandy coastal soils. Tolerant of wind, salt-laden air, light frosts and dry conditions once established, this reliable native shrub is well suited to many Australian gardens, although it may struggle in regions with consistently high humidity.

Requiring very little maintenance, an occasional light trim will encourage fresh, bushy growth and help maintain its naturally compact, rounded shape. With its attractive evergreen foliage, extended flowering season and exceptional hardiness, Westringia Zena is an outstanding choice for gardeners wanting a beautiful, easy-care native shrub that looks wonderful throughout the year.
