Lomandra Little Con is an exceptionally hardy, compact Australian native grass-like plant, prized for its fresh, bright green foliage and naturally neat, upright mounding growth habit. Featuring fine, strappy leaves that remain attractive throughout the year, this tough little performer adds wonderful texture, structure and greenery to any garden. During Spring, bold purple flower spikes emerge amongst the foliage, adding extra interest to this charming and versatile evergreen.

Perfect for garden edging, borders, rockeries, mass plantings and low-maintenance landscaping, Lomandra Little Con is an outstanding choice for creating neat, uniform plantings with minimal effort. Its naturally compact, clumping habit makes it particularly suitable for smaller gardens, pathway borders and underplanting larger shrubs and trees. Equally attractive in decorative pots and containers, Little Con makes a wonderful addition to patios, courtyards, balconies and outdoor entertaining areas, where its fresh green foliage provides year-round colour and texture. Plant individually as a feature or in groups to create a lush, flowing display of greenery.

Practically indestructible once established, Lomandra Little Con thrives in full sun to part shade and adapts well to a wide range of soil types. Extremely drought, frost and salt tolerant once established, this reliable Australian native is particularly well suited to coastal gardens, exposed positions and challenging landscaping conditions. Requiring very little maintenance, plants can be trimmed back in early Autumn if needed to rejuvenate older foliage and encourage fresh, healthy growth. When grown in pots, use a quality, well-drained potting mix and water regularly during dry periods. A fantastic choice for gardeners wanting a tough, attractive and dependable native plant that looks great all year round with minimal care.
