Transform your home into a blooming paradise with a vibrant mix of long-stemmed, long-lasting flowers—perfect for fresh, homegrown arrangements. Say goodbye to costly bouquets and enjoy a continuous supply of stunning blooms, right from your garden to your vase.
Easy to grow and full of colour, this seed shaker lets you fill every room with life, fragrance, and natural beauty—all year round.
Grow your own bouquets, effortlessly.
This Cut Flower Garden Seed Shaker contains 100g of Shake & Rake mix (10g seed and 90g vermiculite), enough to cover a 30m² area. The seed mix contains vermiculite, a natural mineral that ensures even seed distribution, maintains moisture levels, and supports optimal germination.
Flower seeds included in this mix:
Amaranth (Amaranthus cruentus) Bishops flower (Ammi majus) Snapdragon (Antirrhinum majus) China aster (Callistephus chinensis) Candytuft (Iberis umbellata) Cornflower (Centaurea cyanus) Cosmos (Cosmos bipinnatus) Carrot (Daucus carota) Sweet William (Dianthus barbatus) Babys Breath (Gypsophila paniculata) Sunflower (Helianthus annuus) Strawflower (Xerochrysum bracteatum) Larkspur (Consolida ajacis) Drumsticks (Sixalix atropurpurea SYN Scabiosa atropurpurea) Zinnia (Zinnia elegans)
To grow your Cut Flower Garden Seed Shaker Mix, follow these simple steps:
1. Prepare the chosen area for your seeds by turning or raking the soil until you have a good crumbly consistency, removing any stones and weeds as you go. 2. Open the pouring spout on the side of the box and carefully shake out the seed mix thinly and evenly directly over the prepared area. You can sow thickly or thinly, depending on what look you want to achieve. 3. Gently rake over the seed bed to lightly cover the seeds. 4. Water well until the plants are established.
- For a continuous show make several sowings at 2-3 week intervals. - Some perennial varieties may not flower until the second year.
