Sedum Voodoo
SKU: P68SEDVDO
Sedum Voodoo is a striking, low-growing perennial succulent that creates a spectacular carpet of rich burgundy-red foliage, bringing dramatic colour and texture to the garden. Featuring attractive, fleshy, rounded leaves in deep reddish-purple tones, this beautiful variety forms a dense, spreading mat of colourful foliage that provides wonderful contrast against surrounding greenery. During Summer, clusters of pretty, star-shaped rosy-pink flowers appear above the foliage, creating a delightful display that attracts bees, butterflies and other beneficial pollinators.

With its naturally compact, spreading growth habit, Sedum Voodoo is an excellent choice for rockeries, garden borders, groundcover planting and decorative patio pots. Its richly coloured foliage is particularly stunning when planted alongside silver-leaved plants, ornamental grasses and other succulents, creating eye-catching combinations of colour and texture. Perfect for filling gaps between stepping stones, softening the edges of pathways or cascading gently over retaining walls, this versatile little plant is a fantastic addition to contemporary gardens, cottage gardens and low-maintenance landscapes. The foliage develops its richest burgundy-red tones when grown in plenty of sunshine.
For best results, plant in a full sun position in well-drained soil. Hardy and drought tolerant once established, Sedum Voodoo thrives in sunny, dry locations and requires very little maintenance. Avoid overwatering, particularly during the cooler months, and trim lightly after flowering if required to maintain a neat, compact appearance. Ideal for gardeners looking for a colourful, easy-care groundcover, Sedum Voodoo will reward you with beautiful, richly coloured foliage and charming Summer flowers year after year.
