Known by many names—including Zygocactus, Crab’s Claw Cactus, and Thanksgiving Cactus—Schlumbergera is an easy-care, spineless succulent perfect for both indoor and outdoor growing.
This epiphytic cactus thrives in bright, indirect light outdoors or in a cool indoor space. During the cooler months, it puts on a spectacular display of vibrantly coloured flowers, which appear at the tips of its distinctive, flattened fleshy stems.
Low-maintenance and reliable, Schlumbergera is a favourite for adding bold seasonal colour to patios, balconies, windowsills, or shaded garden spots.
Extra care is taken when packaging these plants however they are delicate and some leaves may become detached during transit. Dislodged leaves can be easily re-propagated into new plants.
Click & Collect lets you order online and pick up from our Monbulk Gift Shop & Nursery, with no delivery charge. Because many of our plants are grown to order or held until they're at their best, orders generally takes 2 – 4 working days to prepare.
