Pothos Marble Queen

Pothos Marble Queen is a beautifully variegated climbing plant that performs equally well indoors or in a warm, sheltered outdoor position. Also known as Devil's Ivy, it's one of the most popular and forgiving houseplants—an ideal choice for beginner indoor gardeners. With its ability to thrive on minimal care, Marble Queen will quickly bounce back even if watering is occasionally missed during warmer weather.

This variety handles low-light conditions with ease, making it suitable for a wide range of indoor spaces. Its striking foliage features a mix of mid-green and creamy white variegation, which becomes even more pronounced in brighter, indirect light. However, direct sun can scorch the leaves, so the ideal spot is one with bright, filtered light—where you can see your shadow for at least 3–4 hours a day. Whether trained to climb, trail from a hanging basket, or grow along a shelf, Pothos Marble Queen adds fresh, tropical style to any setting with very little effort.

For best results use a good quality premium potting mix and water regularly, fertilise using a general purpose fertiliser, following the packet directions for quantity and frequency.

**Variegated plants can display different levels of shading and colouration depending on levels of light. In brighter, indirect light, their variegation often becomes more pronounced and vibrant, while in lower light conditions, the colours may become more muted or the plant may produce more solid green leaves in an effort to photosynthesise more efficiently. To maintain the most striking foliage, it's best to position variegated plants in a spot with bright, filtered light—avoiding direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.
