Philodendron Peggasus (PBR)
SKU: LPLPHIPEG
Philodendron Peggasus is a stunning new release that combines striking form with tropical elegance. Like most Philodendrons, Peggasus begins with elongated, lance-shaped leaves in its juvenile stage. As it matures, it transforms into a truly eye-catching plant, developing large, deeply dissected green leaves that create a lush, sculptural presence. This fast-growing, compact, and self-supporting hybrid requires no staking, making it perfect for both indoor displays and shaded outdoor areas. The bold foliage adds rich texture and vibrant greenery to any plant collection, solidifying its place as a standout among recent Philodendron introductions.

Position
An extremely exotic looking foliage plant, Philodendron are perfect for pots and indoor culture and they require a well drained soil and a brightly lit position out of direct sunlight. Preferring light humidity, Philodendron appreciate regular watering, but do not let the plant become waterlogged as this will cause fungal issues and most likely death, particularly during Winter. For best results fertilise regularly with a slow release fertiliser and repot every few years using a good quality potting mix for indoor plants. In warmer climates, these gorgeous plants will brighten up a sheltered shady position outside.
**Planting out these advanced plugs is one of the most effective ways to avoid transplant shock and help your plants establish quickly and grow strongly. Because the plants are young and fresh, they adapt more easily to their new environment. The root systems are healthy and well-developed, with no risk of the root circling that often occurs in potted stock. This method has been trusted by our professional growers for years as the fastest and most reliable way to produce top-quality plants—and we’re excited to now offer the same advantage to our customers.
Click & Collect lets you order online and pick up from our Monbulk Gift Shop & Nursery, with no delivery charge. Because many of our plants are grown to order or held until they're at their best, orders generally takes 2 – 4 working days to prepare.
We'll call or email you the moment your order is ready to collect.
