Kniphofia Poco Citron

Kniphofia Poco Citron is a delightful dwarf Red Hot Poker that produces a spectacular display of vibrant, lemon-yellow flower spikes above attractive, grass-like green foliage. Flowering prolifically from Summer through Autumn, its cheerful, upright blooms bring a burst of sunshine to the garden, creating a stunning contrast against the lush green leaves.

With its naturally compact, clumping habit, Poco Citron is perfect for smaller gardens, sunny borders, rockeries, mass plantings and decorative patio pots. Growing to approximately 50cm tall, this charming perennial produces an abundance of nectar-rich flowers that attract bees, butterflies and nectar-feeding birds, adding colour and life to the garden throughout the warmer months.

Hardy, reliable and easy to grow, Kniphofia Poco Citron thrives in a sunny position with well-drained soil. Once established, it is tolerant of dry conditions and requires very little maintenance. Water regularly during extended dry periods and remove spent flower spikes to encourage continued flowering and maintain a neat appearance. Ideal for creating a bright, colourful display with minimal effort.
