Japanese Windflower- Anemone Puff Pink

Japanese Windflower Anemone Puff Pink is a beautiful, compact perennial that produces an abundance of charming, soft pink, fully double flowers with delicate, layered petals surrounding golden-yellow centres. Flowering from late Summer through Autumn, its elegant blooms are held on slender stems above lush, deep green foliage, creating a delightful display of colour and movement when many other garden plants are beginning to fade.

With its naturally neat, clumping habit and attractive, deeply divided foliage, Puff Pink is perfect for adding a touch of elegance to shaded garden beds, woodland gardens, cottage-style borders and decorative patio pots. The dainty, cup-shaped flowers sway gracefully in the breeze, creating a soft, romantic display that looks particularly beautiful when planted in groups or combined with other shade-loving perennials. Its long-lasting blooms also make lovely cut flowers, bringing a touch of garden charm indoors.

Hardy, reliable and easy to grow, Japanese Windflower Anemone Puff Pink thrives in a partly shaded position with rich, moist, well-drained soil. Protect from harsh afternoon sun and water regularly during dry periods, particularly while plants are establishing. Once established, it requires minimal maintenance, returning year after year with a wonderful display of delicate pink flowers. Remove spent flower stems and tidy old foliage as required to encourage healthy new growth. A delightful perennial that brings lasting beauty and colour to the Autumn garden.
