Impatiens Double Glimmer Salmon

Impatiens Double Glimmer Salmon is a truly stunning flowering plant that produces an abundance of large, rose-like double flowers in gorgeous shades of soft peachy salmon. With their beautifully layered petals and delicate iridescent sheen, these charming blooms create a spectacular contrast against the lush, deep green foliage. Flowering for many months of the year, this delightful Impatiens brings warmth, elegance and a beautiful splash of colour to shady garden spaces, patios and courtyards.

Part of the beautiful Glimmer range, this exceptional Impatiens is renowned for its large, fully double flowers that resemble miniature roses. Bred for improved resistance to downy mildew, the Glimmer series combines outstanding flowering performance with a naturally compact, mounded and spreading growth habit. Particularly stunning in hanging baskets and decorative patio pots, where its masses of peachy salmon blooms create a breathtaking display, this gorgeous variety is also perfect for garden beds, borders and brightening up shaded areas where many other flowering plants struggle.

Easy to grow and relatively low maintenance, Impatiens Double Glimmer Salmon thrives in a partly shaded position but will also perform well in bright, full shade. Regular watering during dry periods is essential, and plants should be protected from frost and cold winter conditions. An occasional light trim and regular fertilising throughout the growing season will encourage fresh growth, maintain a neat, bushy shape and ensure a spectacular display of beautiful blooms for months on end.
