Heuchera Lime Marmalade

Heuchera Lime Marmalade is a spectacular foliage perennial that brings a brilliant splash of fresh, vibrant colour to the garden with its stunning lime-green and golden-chartreuse leaves. The beautifully ruffled, deeply lobed foliage forms a lush, compact mound, with new growth emerging in glowing shades of lime that gradually develop richer golden-green tones as the seasons progress. Delicate sprays of tiny, creamy-white flowers appear on slender stems above the colourful foliage during late Spring and Summer, adding an extra touch of charm to this already eye-catching plant.

With its naturally compact, mounding habit and outstanding foliage colour, Lime Marmalade is perfect for brightening shaded garden beds, woodland gardens, borders and decorative patio pots. Its luminous, frilly leaves create a stunning contrast against darker foliage plants, particularly purple, burgundy and near-black Heucheras, making it an excellent choice for colourful mixed plantings and contemporary garden designs. Particularly spectacular when planted in groups or used as vibrant garden edging, this gorgeous perennial provides wonderful texture, colour and year-round interest.

Hardy, reliable and wonderfully easy to grow, Heuchera Lime Marmalade thrives in a partly shaded position with rich, moist, well-drained soil. Protect from harsh afternoon sun, particularly in warmer climates, to prevent scorching of the brightly coloured foliage. Water regularly during dry periods, especially while plants are establishing, and remove spent flower stems and older leaves to maintain a fresh, tidy appearance. A magnificent, low-maintenance perennial that delivers exceptional foliage colour and lasting garden appeal throughout the seasons.
