Herb Thyme Lemon

An attractive and aromatic creeping ground cover, Thyme Lemon is an essential addition to any well-stocked herb garden. Its bright, citrus-scented foliage makes it ideal for planting in pots near the kitchen, as a useful and decorative addition to rockeries or borders, or even beneath a washing line, where its refreshing aroma is released with each step. It also makes a hardy, low-growing lawn substitute, tolerating light foot traffic while adding both fragrance and charm.

As a culinary herb, Lemon Thyme is incredibly versatile. Its zesty flavour can be used in place of lemon zest or juice, and it also serves as a delicious alternative wherever regular thyme is called for in recipes.
