Bolero Gerberas are a unique specialty series featuring distinctive multi-petal blooms measuring approximately 7-9cm across. Producing layers upon layers of petals, these eye-catching flowers offer a fuller, more textured appearance than standard Gerberas. Bred for premium cut flower production, Bolero varieties combine strong stems, excellent vase life and outstanding resilience, making them ideal for bouquets, floral arrangements, containers and colourful garden displays.

Flowering from Spring onwards in warmer regions, and from Summer in cooler temperate climates, Gerberas provide months of colour and garden enjoyment. Plant in a full sun position with well-drained soil and protect from prolonged wet conditions. In cooler climates, regular fungicide applications are recommended to maintain healthy plants and prolific flowering.

**Ellepot Growcells are similar to Jiffy pots making them perfect for reducing transplanting shock as the root system of the plant does not get disturbed when planting out. For shipping we are sitting them into a 50mm Forestry tube as this will prevent them from drying out in transit and it also means we can put the plants into our plastic shippers to keep them secure in the mail. On arrival your Gerbera plants will be fine being left in the pot for up to a week or so after receiving them but care needs to be taken to stop the growing media from drying out- regular watering is essential. For planting out simply remove the pot from your Gerbera, leaving the Growcell intact, and plant directly into the ground in a sheltered position or place it into a larger pot with a good quality potting mix.
