Protect your crops against insects and birds with this white UV-stabilised HDPE woven monofilament 1mm netting. The small mesh and 15% shade factor will help guard against hail, frost, wind and sunburn damage while providing sufficient light and airflow for healthy fruit production.

Measuring 2.5 m x 2.5m x 2.5m, with a drawstring as the opening, our barrier net can be placed directly over the tree canopy and gathered around the trunk with the drawstring. For smaller trees the net can be placed over a structure set up around the tree. Bamboo poles or 4 star-stakes with plastic tops are ideal. Poly-pipe can also be added to raise the roof height if required.

Please note: whilst this netting would be useful to deter QLD fruit fly, it is not an impenetrable barrier for this pest.
