Dwarf Apple Gala is a delicious, round apple with an excellent sweet flavour and firm, crisp and juicy flesh. Highly enjoyable when eaten fresh. Skin is bright red on exposed areas with a self stripe over a yellow ground colour. Fruit matures early to mid season.

Apples are proven winners in the home garden. They will grow in full sun to part shade and in a wide variety of soils, although they do prefer moist, heavy loams.
Our Dwarf have been grafted onto a dwarfing rootstock to produce a more compact tree growing to around 35-40% of the normal size making this Apple tree very suitable for smaller gardens.
Like all Apples, Gala apples needs another apple nearby for pollination; some suitable pollinators are: Granny Smith Red Delicious Red Fuji Pink Lady cv. 'Cripps Pink' Lady Williams
