Dianthus Sprint Fancy Duo consists of Dianthus Sprint Fancy White and Sprint Fancy Purple in a single advanced plug making planting out for a mixed display incredibly easy.
The fast growing Dianthus Sprint series is perfect for those who love their Pinks as these wonderful mini 'Carnations' are extremely precocious and will feature an abundance of fragrant flowers from late Winter all the way through till late Summer and well into Autumn in most parts of Australia. Perfect for pots and edging, these plants are a tough, easy to grow perennial that will flower continuously throughout the season.
Also known as 'Pinks', Dianthus are a very tough performer in the garden or pots and are excellent for cottage gardens, rockeries, mass planting or growing as a perennial border. Preferring a full sun position in well drained soil, removing spent flowers regularly will encourage more buds to form. Dianthus are an excellent choice for a pollinators garden and will attract butterflies to your garden.
**Planting out these advanced plugs is the best way of avoiding transplant shock and ensuring your plants settle in quickly and grow on well as the plants are young and fresh. Also, the root systems are healthy with no chance of the encircling roots that pots will encourage. Our professional growers have been using this method for years as it's the quickest way of ensuring top quality plants and we are excited to be able to offer our customers the same.
Click & Collect lets you order online and pick up from our Monbulk Gift Shop & Nursery, with no delivery charge. Because many of our plants are grown to order or held until they're at their best, orders generally takes 2 – 4 working days to prepare.
We'll call or email you the moment your order is ready to collect.
