Alternanthera Red Threads

An easy to grow foliage plant, Alternanthera Red Threads will add a distinctive colour and texture to a sheltered position. Alternanthera loves humidity, and will also tolerate cooler temperatures fairly well, but ensure adequate protection from frost is given in cool climates. Red Threads grows well in sunny or shaded position and requires a warm sheltered position in cooler climates; this plant makes an excellent indoor specimen provided enough light is provided. Grows best in a well drained soil and appreciates regular watering during dry periods.
