A wonderful prostrate growing plant with extremely interesting foliage, Adenanthos Coral Carpet is also known as the Coastal Jug Flower. The texture and colour of this is exceptional groundcover will provide year round colour and form to embankments, hanging baskets and rockeries. With a coral red tinge the new foliage is extremely eye-catching, and whilst the red flowers are not a huge feature, the honeyeaters and spinebills they attract to your garden will be a welcome addition.

Suitable for coastal gardens, Adenanthos Coral Carpet is hardy and drought tolerant once established, and tolerates light frosts. Prefers a sunny open position in a well drained soil, and copes well with poor sandy soils. A light prune now and then will encourage strong new growth.
