Tree Dahlia Dwarf Dark Pink

Tree Dahlia Dwarf Dark Pink is semi evergreen, and much shorter than traditional Tree Dahlias. Flowering from Autumn and well into Winter in some areas, the dark pink flowers are produced freely on the uppermost tips of the large spreading bush.

These towering giants are quite an anomaly in the Dahlia world as they become a huge feature in the garden during late Summer and into Autumn. With their stately architectural form, Tree Dahlias will quickly grow to a towering height on bamboo-like stems and the graceful flowers hang down to create a stunning visual wherever the are planted.

Due to their brittle stems and great heights, we recommend that Tree Dahlias are grown in a sheltered position such as against a wall or fence as the wind can cause damage, and they can be grown in large tubs or pots to restrict the finished size without sacrificing the beautiful flowers.

Perfect for garden beds, borders, or cut flower arrangements, Dahlias will add a touch of elegance and vibrant color to your garden with minimal effort. For best results select a sunny position and plant into a well drained fertile soil or a large pot or tub containing a premuim potting mix. Regular fertilising with a complete fertiliser and watering during dry periods will ensure a fabulous display throughout the season. We recommend staking taller plants to support them in maintaining an upwards growth habit.
