Monkeys Tail Cactus

A collectible and super easy to look after cactus, the Monkey's Tail Cactus is a fairly new discovery in the plant world. Featuring fully cascading stems and masses of soft spines as it ages, it is easy to see how this interesting plant got it's common name. Growth of the Monkey's Tail Cactus begin in an upright manner, as the stems lengthen they begin to droop and will often grow in a wavy manner, further impersonating the tail of a monkey. An excellent cactus for a hanging basket, brightly coloured salmon pink flowers are produced along the stems in Spring and Summer if plants are grown in a brightly lit position.
