Viburnum are a hardy and vigorous shrub that will cope with the extremes of heat and cold, and whilst regular watering is ideal for the plant to continue to look it's best it does cope well with dry spells. Prefers a full sun to part shade position and is cold tolerant and drought hardy once established. Can also be grown in pots and containers.
Don’t be fooled by bare stems, now’s the perfect time to plant deciduous plants as they head into dormancy. Strong root development during their rest means a more vibrant, resilient burst of colour come spring. Plant them now, let the roots get cozy, and get ready for lush growth come spring.
