Hydrangea Greenspire
SKU: P20HYDGSP
Hydrangea paniculata Greenspire is a distinctive and elegant variety that produces large conical flower heads which emerge in soft green tones before gradually ageing to creamy white. This beautiful colour transformation creates a stunning multi-toned display that evolves throughout the flowering season, adding interest and sophistication to the garden. Unlike traditional mophead Hydrangeas, Greenspire features impressive cone-shaped blooms that bring a different texture and form to garden beds and borders. The abundant flowers are beautifully set against lush green foliage, creating a striking display from summer into autumn. With its unique colouring, graceful flower shape and long-lasting blooms, Hydrangea paniculata Greenspire is an excellent choice for adding structure, elegance and seasonal colour to the landscape.

Hydrangea paniculata varieties are hardy, easy-care shrubs that thrive in full sun to part shade. They perform best in rich, well-drained soil and are generally more sun tolerant than traditional mophead Hydrangeas. Their large cone-shaped flower heads provide a spectacular display from summer into autumn, often changing colour as the blooms mature. Water regularly during dry periods, particularly while plants are becoming established. Apply a layer of mulch to help retain moisture and keep roots cool. Prune in late winter or early spring to encourage vigorous new growth and larger flower heads. Removing spent flowers can also help maintain a tidy appearance.
Ideal for garden beds, borders and larger containers, Hydrangea paniculata varieties are reliable performers that provide years of outstanding colour and seasonal interest.
Our 75mm potted Hydrangeas are well established and ready to burst into fresh spring growth, producing masses of beautiful flowers throughout the warmer months.
CAUTION: Harmful if eaten. May cause skin and eye irritation.
