Belladonna Lilies from Garden Express Australia bring vibrant colour and sweet fragrance to the garden when most other flowers have faded.
Belladonna means ‘beautiful lady,’ and these flowers truly live up to their name. They are also known as ‘Naked Ladies’ because the blooms appear before any leaves emerge, creating a striking display.
These hardy perennials produce large, trumpet-shaped blooms in shades of pink, standing tall on sturdy, leafless stems. Their strong perfume makes them a favourite for garden beds, borders, and pots.
Flowering from late summer into autumn, Belladonna Lilies thrive in well-drained soil and full sun. They require minimal care and are highly drought-tolerant, making them perfect for dry gardens or neglected areas. The broad, strappy green leaves appear in winter and die back in late spring, leaving the bulbs dormant until they bloom.
Explore the Belladonna Lilies collection at Garden Express Australia and enjoy their long-lasting, fragrant flowers in your garden this season!
